We’re looking for a Customer Experience Intern who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and turning conversations into meaningful relationships.
You’ll be the first touchpoint for many of our customers — helping them explore, decide, and fall in love with their IKIRU experience.
What You’ll Do
• Support WhatsApp, call & chat-based communication with customers.
• Help track CX metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate with operations and vendors for updates and resolutions.
• Learn what makes customers stay, smile, and shop again.
