We're a fast-growing home décor startup and this role sits at the centre of how we execute. You'll work directly with the founder, coordinate across teams, keep KPIs on track, and jump into whatever needs doing — from ops to HR to campaign execution. No two days look the same. What you'll do
Team coordination & KPI tracking
- Maintain a live view of team priorities and delivery status across departments
- Run regular check-ins with team members to track KPIs and surface blockers early
- Flag delays proactively and follow up until tasks are closed
- Give the founder structured updates — what's on track, what's not, what needs a call
- Hold the team accountable to timelines without micromanaging
Founder's office
- Translate founder priorities into tasks and track them to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams on the founder's behalf
- Prepare reports, summaries, and business updates as needed
- Be ready to take on anything urgent — this is a startup
E-commerce operations
- Manage product listings, catalog hygiene, and pricing updates on Shopify
- Coordinate with vendors for product info, images, and stock
- Support campaign execution — festive sales, new launches, collection updates
