Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Identify potential markets, trends, and opportunities to onboard new vendors.
  2. Cold Calling: Initiate conversations with potential partners, presenting IKIRU’s vision effectively.
  3. Partner Onboarding: Coordinate and manage vendor sign-ups, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  4. Negotiation: Leverage strong negotiation skills to finalize beneficial agreements.
  5. Patience and Collaboration: Maintain a professional approach during lengthy onboarding processes.
  6. Agreement Handling: Ensure basic legal agreements are completed accurately.
  7. Factory Visits: Travel as required to assess vendor capabilities and build trust.
  8. Strategic Input: Generate ideas to improve vendor onboarding and partnership processes.
  9. Excel Proficiency: Use Excel for tracking partner data and performance.
