We bridge design-led makers with both consumers (D2C) and businesses (B2B), enabling discovery and access to high-quality products with a focus on curation, sustainability, and storytelling.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand and strengthen IKIRU’s B2B and ecosystem relationships. This role is central to unlocking collaborations with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, co-working spaces, and hospitality groups, while also deepening partnerships with brand/manufacturer networks. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and excited to build win–win opportunities under the IKIRU umbrella.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new B2B partners (architects, designers, real estate companies, hotels, cafes, co-working spaces, etc.)
- Strengthen manufacturer/vendor partnerships, ensuring mutual growth and sustainability
- Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and long-term collaboration frameworks
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic accounts using CRM/structured processes
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to design joint campaigns, co-branded activations, and showcase projects
- Track partnership performance, ensuring TATs, margins, and discounts align with IKIRU’s business model
- Represent IKIRU at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums (BNI, TiE, trade shows, etc.)
- Share market insights and feedback with leadership to refine business strategy
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development or account management (preferably in lifestyle, furniture, design, or allied industries)
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling ability
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel/Airtable, and structured reporting
- Network in design, architecture, or real estate is a plus
